1. Chief Guest: Hon. Amb. Ababu Namwamba, EGH
As the Chief Guest, Hon. Amb. Ababu Namwamba, a national leader known for his passion for youth empowerment, governance excellence, and community development, sets the tone for this historic launch. His commitment to supporting young people through sport, creativity, and leadership initiatives makes his presence especially meaningful.

2. Hon. Arthur Odera – Deputy Governor, Busia County
A respected administrator and visionary leader, Hon. Arthur Odera brings with him deep experience in county governance and public service. His strong advocacy for structured youth programs, education, and social development aligns perfectly with the heart of this mentorship and ministry initiative.
His support emphasizes Busia County’s readiness to nurture a generation of responsible, ethical, and confident youth leaders.
3. Hon. Pamela Awori – CECM, Public Service Administration & Governance (Busia County)
Hon. Pamela Awori is celebrated for her leadership in public service reforms, governance systems, and community-centered administration. Her presence at the launch demonstrates the county’s commitment to ensuring that young people are guided, mentored, and prepared for meaningful participation in governance and leadership.

4. Denis Ngira (Ngira wa Ngira) – Chief Officer, Sports, Youth Affairs & Tourism, Busia County Government
A dynamic youth advocate and community mobilizer, Denis Ngira—popularly known as Ngira wa Ngira—has been a strong pillar for young people across Busia. His work in sports, youth affairs, and cultural promotion has consistently created spaces for young people to thrive.
Ngira adds an energetic, youth-centered voice that connects perfectly with the purpose of this program: empowering young people to discover their potential and use it to impact their communities.
5. Bishop Justin Sakwa – Founder, Habari Njema International Church & Lead Trainer of the Program
At the heart of the mentorship and ministry training program is Bishop Justin Sakwa, a seasoned minister, visionary leader, and founder of Habari Njema International Church.
He will serve as the Lead Trainer for the mentors who will walk with the youth starting January 2026.
His wisdom, decades of ministry experience, and passion for raising a spiritually grounded generation are foundational to the long-term success of this initiative.
Bishop Sakwa brings both spiritual authority and practical discipleship experience-ensuring that this program produces strong, mature, and impactful young ministers.
6. Lucy Charles – Guest Artist & Mentor
To inspire the creative and spiritual side of our participants, we are honored to host Lucy Charles—a gifted gospel artist and mentor whose ministry has touched many hearts.
Her role in the launch will go beyond performance; she embodies the blend of faith, creativity, and mentorship that this program seeks to cultivate in the youth.
Through her voice, testimony, and mentorship, she brings warmth, inspiration, and artistic excellence to the event.
