| Announcement of Wezesha Youth Initiative Patnership |
We are thrilled to announce that Echoes of Eternity has officially partnered with Wezesha Youth Initiative for the launch of our Mentorship and Ministry Training Program. This partnership brings together two youth-centred movements with shared values; mentoring the next generation, practical skills formation, and community transformation. Wezesha’s proven national reach, youth leadership model and experience running empowerment programs make them an ideal partner as we scale this program across Kenya.
Who is Wezesha Youth Initiative — quick snapshot
Wezesha Youth Initiative is a youth-led organisation in Kenya that has been active since 2018 and has built a broad network of young people and volunteers across the country. Their public profile and platforms show a large, engaged following and a history of programs focused on youth empowerment, skills development and community projects.
They are visible across professional and social platforms (including LinkedIn and active social pages), reflecting both grassroots connections and an expanding professional footprint that will help amplify our program’s reach.
Wezesha also uses arts, civic engagement and youth events to foster positive behaviour change among young people — for example cultural and creative events that promote peace and civic responsibility among youth audiences. These kinds of community-level interventions complement Echoes of Eternity’s spiritual formation and discipleship work.
Why this partnership matters — concrete benefits
1. Immediate nationwide reach & mobilization
Wezesha’s network and social presence enables faster mobilization of participants and volunteers from many counties — helping us hit recruitment targets for the launch and subsequent cohorts more quickly. Their established networks will support logistics, local chapters and community mobilisation for both urban and rural youth.
2. Complementary mentorship strengths
Echoes of Eternity brings faith-rooted discipleship, intercession and ministry training. Wezesha brings youth leadership practice, life-skills training and community engagement experience. Combining these strengths creates a holistic mentorship model: spiritual formation + practical employability and civic skills — increasing participants’ resilience and long-term outcomes.
3. Stronger mental-health and youth-wellbeing support
Many Wezesha programs focus on youth wellbeing and inclusion. Partnering means we can integrate mental-health awareness, referral pathways, and peer support structures into our training — a critical need for young leaders entering ministry and mentorship roles.
4. Creative delivery and community events
Wezesha’s experience using arts and community events as change tools (peace and creativity festivals, pageants and public campaigns) opens up creative formats for evangelism and training — storytelling, drama, music and competitions — that make learning stick and attract wider youth participation.
5. Sustainability through youth leadership
Because Wezesha is youth-led, the partnership strengthens our long-term sustainability: local ownership, peer mentorship models, and a leadership pipeline that can run future cohorts with decreasing external inputs. That means impact that continues after each training cycle ends.

What to expect at the Launch (and beyond)
Joint recruitment: coordinated outreach to Wezesha chapters and Echoes networks so the launch cohort is diverse and nationwide.
Integrated curriculum: spiritual formation modules from Echoes of Eternity paired with Wezesha-led life-skills, civic engagement and employability sessions.
Community activation events: creative festivals, local rallies and service projects that allow trainees to practice leadership and ministry in real settings.
Monitoring & learning: shared KPIs (participant retention, mentorship pairings, community projects completed) and routine reflection sessions so we can improve every cohort.
Alignment of values
Both organisations prioritise youth dignity, empowerment, responsible leadership and community transformation. This shared value base means decisions — from program content to partnership governance — will centre participant wellbeing and sustainable outcomes rather than one-off events. That alignment is a strong predictor of collaborative success.
A word of thanks
We are genuinely excited and grateful to Wezesha Youth Initiative for walking alongside Echoes of Eternity in this season. Their energy, experience and expansive youth connections will strengthen our mentorship and ministry training program and expand our capacity to serve young leaders across Kenya. Together we will elevate a new generation of spiritually grounded, practically skilled and community-focused leaders.
